A bystander captured frightening video photos appearing the instant 4 younger thugs driving bicycles viciously beat up a helpless guy for a number of mins in wide sunlight in downtown Los Angeles.

According to the Los Angeles Police departmentThe incident took place simply after 4 pm on Thursday close to the intersection of Hill Street and sixth Street in LA’s jewellery district.
