Add a drizzle of oil to a frying pan, upload the golf green curry paste and prepare dinner till aromatic. Add the prawns to the frying pan.

Add the coconut milk, soy sauce and sugar to the frying pan and produce to the boil, simmer exposed for 8-10 mins.

Add the golf green beans to a saucepan with a small quantity of water, simmer for 8-10 mins. Drain the water as soon as cooked.

Add the cauliflower rice to a saucepan or frying pan with a small quantity of water, prepare dinner till cushy; 4-5 mins.

If the curry sauce must be thickened, mix the cornflour with a small quantity of water to shape a runny paste. Add this to the curry and produce to the boil.

Serve with the contemporary coriander leaves.
