Leaders of the sector’s biggest economies say they’ll impose extra sanctions on Moscow.

Four months of warfare in Ukraine have uncovered deep divisions within the world order.

But the preventing could also be highlighting – and trying out – one of the crucial oldest and most powerful alliances.

The G7, a bunch of the sector’s seven biggest economies, is assembly this week in Germany.

Sanctions on Russia via some G7 individuals – and counter sanctions from Russia – have disrupted the entirety they have touched: From oil costs, to offer chains, to the cost of bread at the different facet of the sector.

But are sanctions sufficient?

And – can this staff stay united in opposition to Vladimir Putin?
