A transgender teenager who admitted to plotting to shoot up three colleges and wrote a disturbing violent manifesto has been sentenced to six years in jail.
The 18th Judicial District Legal skilled’s Workplace on Wednesday said the defendant, William Whitworth, who acknowledged as “Lilly” and – in response to a DA spokesperson – was throughout the technique of transitioning to female on the time of her arrest.
She was given credit score rating of 306 days for time served from the time of her arrest in March 2023.
Given Whitworth’s transgender standing, it was not instantly clear whether or not or not she might be dispatched to a male or female facility.

Whitworth was charged with two counts of first-degree felony try and commit murder, felony mischiefmenacing, and interference with workers, faculty, or faculty college students of educational institutions.
In April 2023, deputies with the Elbert County Sheriff’s Workplace responded to a disturbance named throughout the 13900 block of Double Tree Ranch Circle throughout the City of Elbert, Colorado.
In line with an arrest affidavit, a member of the household reportedly instructed 911 dispatchers that her “sister” had threatened to shoot up a school and had anger points.
The house deputies had been dispatched to the house, which was affected by trash and had containers with half-eaten meals, making it powerful to walk inside.

The deputies had been directed to a room the place Whitworth was sleeping, the affidavit says.
The room was full of trash as extreme due to the mattress, and there have been holes throughout the wall, police said.
Through questioning, Whitworth admitted to planning a school capturing, with the suspect’s former heart faculty, Timberview, being a “basic objective,” in response to the affidavit.
Her targets included Timberview Center Faculty, the place she attended in 2014 to 2016, Prairie Hills Elementary, and Pine Creek Excessive Faculty – which are all located in Colorado Springs.

In line with police, Whitworth allegedly created a disturbing manifesto full of “schizophrenic rants” and mentions of serial killers, politicians, and entertainers, along with the Columbine shooters and former President Trump.
Whitworth was arrested following the invention.
The 18th Judicial District Legal skilled’s Workplace did not instantly reply to Fox Information Digital’s request for remark.
