(CBS DETROIT) — An across the world acclaimed movie is now enjoying in Metro Detroit.
The movie, “My Name is Sara,” is in line with the real tale of Sara Goralnik-Shapiro, who’s the mummy of Detroit philanthropist Mickey Shapiro.
Sara Shapiro survived the Holocaust via convincing a farmer in Ukraine that she was once Christian as a substitute of Jewish.
The movie premiered at The Maple Theater in Bloomfield Township Friday evening and can be enjoying for the following week.
